Shoulder Press

This is the shoulder press in neutral grip. Using a cable machine helps prevent injury by keeping your form in-line. If you are going to do the shoulder press with dumbbells, make sure to press straight up and not in.

For women, shaping the shoulders can help create a more hour-glass figure, creating a greater contrast between the shoulders and the waste.  *Consult a physician before beginning any diet or fitness routine.
