Whether you are competing in a bodybuilding competition, training for a figure show, or just want to lose some extra weight, our customized fitness and nutrition correction plans can help you achieve your goals.
Why Nutrition Correction?
Fitness goals are easily achieved by correcting improper habits. The body is fueled by food. Whether you are looking to build muscle or shrink fat cells, the type of food you select, when you eat and the amount you consume is key to attaining lasting results.
Many people are often suprised to hear that they are not eating enough. In addition to eating the wrong types of food, not eating enough can cause extra weight to stick around and prohibit the growth of muscles, even after rigorous training routines.
Our nutrition correction program can help correct years of bad habits, or just general misinformation. Our ‘Eat This Instead of That’ plan can help you understand how to make healthier choices that can save thousands of calories in just one week.
By correcting improper eating habits, you can build muscle, lose weight, and most importantly, feel better.
Finding Your Inner Fit
We know that pounding the pavement every morning for a five mile run, or pumping iron in the gym all week long isn’t the solution for everyone. Fitness does not come with a ‘one size fits all’ solution. We will work with you to develop a customized fitness program that you can live with, and one that you might even like. Our goal is to incorporate activities that you enjoy into a fitness program that is satisfiying and beneficial for your mind and body.
How We Work
First, we will establish what your goals are. Generally our clients work with us one-on-one over emails, text messages and phone calls. We’ll send you a Fitness Diet intake form to complete at the start of the program. The form helps us understand your current diet and fitness routine and what results you would like to achieve by working with us.
Then, depending on which program you sign up for, we will begin crafting your diet and fitness program based on your desired results.
Programs vary in length. Each week during your program, you will touch base via phone, email, or text with your consultant to monitor the status of your program. You may also email us with your questions and thoughts throughout the program. Those following our bodybuilding diets and fitness show diets will send weekly progress pictures up until the day of the show.
