It’s a shame that in such an intelligent society, the things that are so beneficial to a healthy body are taken so nonchalantly.
The thought that lingers in the minds of the mindless is that exercise is for those who want to be built or buff. There are so many benefits to exercise that you have to be a little on the ignorant side not to want to make it a part of your life.
